Where do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide! If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to reach out!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location. Orders within Australia typically take between 2-4 business days, while international orders can take up to 10 business days. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or peak seasons.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier's website.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different item?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

At this time, we offer custom orders for one of our bookmarks, and we are always open to suggestions! If there's a design or theme you'd love to see, feel free to reach out - we love hearing from our fellow book lovers.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! We're so sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at daintyreadsco@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we'll work quickly to make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes for gift?

Yes! If you're sending a gift, we'd love to add a special touch. Just leave a note at checkout, and we can include a handwritten message with your order.
